GENERAL INFO AND SWIMMING REQUIREMENTS:

• Space will be limited

• ​Groups will be broken roughly by age group and gender

YOUTH AGE GROUP REQUIREMENTS:

• 10U - Must complete 25yd freestyle with a push off the wall in 25 sec

• 12U - Must complete 50yd freestyle with a push off the wall in 46sec

• 14U -  Must complete 50yd freestyle with a push off the wall in 38/40sec (boys/girls)

• Ability to do breaststroke required

• Swim Team will be required for those who can not meet the above times.

HIGH SCHOOL AGE GROUP REQUIREMENTS:

• Three different high school boys groups based on your home school and level of play:

  • Highway - 1​ @Harker (STG)/Willow Glen HS (WG)

  • Highway - 2 @Harker (STG)

  • Skyway @Valley Christian HS (VCHS)

    • Groups will be finalized prior to the season​

• Three different high school girls groups based on the level of play and home school:

  • Blue @Harker (STG)​

  • Gold - WG @Presentation HS (PRES)

  • Gold - WSJ @Prospect HS (PRO)

• Note #1: First two weeks of the season, we will host scrimmages/tryouts on Tuesdays (11/12 & 11/19) and Thursdays (11/14 & 11/21):

  • High School Girls - All: 6.30pm - 8.15pm @Harker (STG)​

  • High School Boys - All: 6.30pm - 8.15pm @Prospect HS

• Note #2: Regular season with practices will start on Monday, December 2

• Note #3: Senior athlete discount of $200;

• • ​eligible to seniors in high school who played with SJX during the Summer 2024 season
