In-water Practice: Athletes will work on swim technique, swim conditioning, water polo movement, ball handling, learning the game of water polo by scrimmaging
Dryland Workout Sessions: Work with a strength and conditioning coach to improve flexibility, strength and conditioning, throwing and shooting motions
To sign-up for the Winter 2021/22 Session (November 15 - February 6) please follow these steps:
1. Become a current member of USA Water Polo. This is a requirement for each athlete because membership provides insurance for the club. You will not be allowed to practice without registration.
i. Go toUSAWaterpolo.org and "join now" as a bronze athlete if you are beginning in the fall or winter - Join under San Jose Express Club ID: 25911. This will create your player's USA Water Polo member number. ii. Go through the "age verification" process, this make take up to 7 days. iii. Upload a recent picture (within the last year).
