Winter 2023 - 2024 Practice and Events (November 13 - February 4):
General Info and Swimming Requirements:
- Space will be limited
- Groups will be broken roughly by age group and gender
- YOUTH AGE GROUPS REQUIREMENTS:
- 10U - Must complete 25yd freestyle with a push off the wall in 25 sec
- 12U - Must complete 50yd freestyle with a push off the wall in 46
- 14U - Must complete 50yd freestyle with a push off the wall in 38/40sec (boys/girls)
- Ability to do breaststroke required
- Swim Team will be required for those who can not meet the above times.

- HS Boys - Skyway 1 @VCHS
- HS Boys - Skyway 2 @VCHS
