Practice schedule and fees:

General Info:

• Space will be limited
• Groups will be broken roughly by age group and gender
• Those new to the sport will probably be grouped together

Expected schedule:

• 1 weekday dryland workout for 1hr in a park (10/12/14u only)
• In-water (swim and ball-handling skills) practice on Saturday and Sunday morning between 9a-12p at Gunderson HS
• Dryland practice for 45 minutes before water on either Saturday or Sunday, but not both
• Final schedules to be determined after registration and grouping
• Third session: Jan. 4 - Jan. 31
