General Info:

• Space will be limited
• ​Groups will be broken roughly by age group and gender
• Those new to the sport will probably be grouped together

Spring 2023 Session Schedule:

• 11-week session
• Spring 2023 Session for Youth and High School: February 14 - May 7
• Competitive Youth and HS boys and girls:
  • 10U Co-Ed, 12U & 14U: 3-4 practices per week
  • High School Boys and Girls: 2 practices per week
    • High School Boys divided into three groups:
      • Group Tyr:
        • Tuesdays: 6.30pm - 8.15pm @STG
        • Sundays: 12.30pm - 2.30pm @VCHS
      • Group Woden:​
        
        • Wednesdays: 6.30pm - 8.15pm @STG
        • Sundays: 12.30pm - 2.30pm @VCHS
      • Group Thor:
        
        • Thursdays: 6.30pm - 8.15pm @STG
        • Sundays: 12.30pm - 2.30pm @VCHS
• Practices, scrimmages and games on the weekend for all youth and high school groups
• Final schedules to be determined after registration and grouping
• Full Spring 2023 practice schedule (subject to change)​
